PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIME

• Processing time is 2-4 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created.
• Shipping (United States) 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail
• Please note that our wigs are handmade. 130% - 150% density units requires 3-5 days to make; 180% density requires 5-7 days to make.
• Shipping (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail (this time does not include the processing period).
• Expect delays during holidays.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

• We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. 

• All Packages come with a Tracking number. 

• If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM.
